We need your official account login credentials, full name as registered with PMI, and your PMP certificate expiry date.

CCRS system requires direct account access to report PDUs on your behalf. We log in once, complete the reporting, and permanently delete your credentials within 24 hours. For extra security, we recommend changing your PMI password immediately after we confirm completion.

Yes, all information you share is used solely for PDU reporting and is handled with end-to-end encryption. We never share your data with third parties.

Yes. All PDUs are from ATP - accepted for PMP renewal.

PDUs are reported within 1 business day, reinstatement complete in 10 business days after you share your account info. Renewal takes ~30 mins on your side.

Yes. Official charges $60 (member) / $150 (non-member) directly. Our service fee covers PDU reporting only.

We offer a 100% full refund or free repost option if PDUs are not approved by PMI (proof required).

If official rejects your PDU submission or fails your reinstatement, you send us the official rejection email together with full dashboard screenshot.
The official email is our main proof, normally you don’t need to share your account password for refund application.
Only when evidence is incomplete, we will ask you for a temporary password for read‑only check, no modification will be done to your account, you can change password immediately afterwards.
Once confirmed, full refund will be processed within 3 business days.
